Has the highest raw HP stat among all the other Tier 2 items. It is recommended to stick to the Tier 1 items that can supplant its stats for a much cheaper price and skip to its Tier 3 upgrades whenever possible as it doesn't have any Unique Passive and has a cost that is almost 1,000 Gold.
If one is in dire need of cheap HP without relying on costly Tier 3 items. Rather than buying Ares Belt, 
Ogre Tomahawk, 
Elegant Gem, or 
Molten Essence can provide a small amount of HP but their Unique Passives make them more cost-effective. Buying 1 or 2 
Vitality Crystal can also provide small amounts of adequate HP, although it consumes more inventory slots.
