Story[]
“ | The Madien of the Glacier who grants sternal remebrane in the legends of the North. | ” |
Aurora, the Maiden of the Glacier, commanding the unwavering faith of innumerable mortals in the North, bestows eternity upon the world. In her youth, she endured the torment of her innate prowess for Frost Magic until the disciples of the Light brought her to Queen's Peak, whereupon she received an infusion of light which granted her immortality. Tearfully, her mother bade her farewell as she succumbed to the cold embrace of blizzard. Aurora slumbered for a thousand years atop the peak. Upon her awakening, the truth dawned on her: genuine eternity lay in fleeting emotions, such as her mother's final comforting smile. Thus, Aurora resolved to bestow this eternity upon the world. It was at that moment that a legend was born in the North. The legend spoke of people close to death who would climb Queen's Peak, seeking the frigid embrace of the goddess there. If granted, all of the one's memories, longings, and emotions would be left tot he goddess, who would cherish them until the end of time. And thus, they would live on the eternity.
The Ballad of Glaciers[]
“ | As the embers of the campfire wane, and the incessant snowy night begins to unfold, the lore of the Maiden of the Glacier once again assumes its form in immortal anthems.
Aurora's fingertips wield the power of frigid snow, but how come she possesses such power? What kind of past is hidden in the memories she has lost? |

As the embers of the campfire wane, and the incessant snowy night begins to unfold, the lore of Northern Vale once again assumes its form in immortal anthems.
Raise your voices, children, and let the echoes resound. For we sing of icy realms, of eternity unbound, of the Queen's Peak's majestic birth, all in a single day's embrace.
The saga takes root in the wake of a distant war when, with our dreams held close to our bosoms, in slumber did we partake.
The Iceland Golem's fiery blaze defied the divine, and the deity of light summoned the glaciers might, all emblazoned with sublime design.
The passage of four millennia, time's colossal hand, swept deities and rebels alike from the land.
Glaciers lay silent, the icy expanse so still, till a maiden awoke, breaking free of her bonds.
Her fingertips governed the snow's frigid reign, her veil was the frost, where the light would sustain.
Aurora, the Maiden of the Glacier, undying and grand.
Her memory a void, awash with the frigid night's call, yet the deity's command, resounded with echoes of avalanches' roar.
"Bestow eternity upon the world and descend, goddess fair, from Queen's Peak's icy lair."
In the Northern Vale's vast snowfields, the Maiden of the Glacier's path unfolds.
Mortals sang praises, prayers fervent and bold, tales etched in snowflakes, history to behold.
"Send forth eternity, O goddess on high!"
"Let the winds and snow purify our fates evermore!"
A divine decree, a mission veiled in mist, yet Aurora found the words to be cryptic and unkissed.
Fleeting snowflakes, in pursuit of eternity's grace.
Yet what is "eternity"? In frozen lands, the answer lurks within its hiding place.
In the heart's labyrinth, like snowflakes dancing in disarray, prayers to the goddess linger, but her hands should not in despair sway.
Unwilling to bear the sorrowful weeping, Aurora sets forth on a quest for eternity, through realms untamed, she will tread till her ending day.
As glaciers reflect the purest frigid gleam, the goddess presses forward, where destinies flow.
In the icy trail, she wanders, seeking, though, Aurora returns to her primordial abode below.
Worldly burdens, shattered by the blizzard's might, once thriving villages, now ruins in the night. No hearth's fire, their former warm delight.
Snowflakes on her cheek sing, memories take flight in a fling.
Northern glaciers, with purity aglow, a divine miracle, a radiant show.
A millennium has passed, devout souls did convene, to this hallowed ground, with reverence unseen.
They chose a gifted child, in the sacred light serene, to forge celestial wings.
Glory, the greatest lure, in temptation's stride, mother entrusted Aurora, in faithful confide, to the glacier's summit, secrets yet unseen.
A tender daughter forsaken, love's ephemeral sheen.
Here memories careen as the goddess unveiled eternity's cryptic screen, cold yet keen.
If eternity be unfeeling in its frigid pride, what she grants mortals is endless farewells for far and wide.
Why not seal eternity within thyself, O goddess divine, and return to the mountains, in destiny's design.
Aurora treads towards the glacier's claim, through snow and storm, as tears intertwine.
The Northern Vale, in empathy's vibrant flame, reveals a riddle, a truth assigned.
As frigid winds unveil an ancient snowy path, a thousand years past, the mother's fate malignant, one icy prison, a sorrowful claim.
Frozen tendrils gleam with a radiant flame, Aurora beholds her mother's last memory.
A thousand years ago in a village so frail, snow and tempests threatened roofs, a woeful tale.
A fragile frame, frost's gift, her strength would ail, Aurora, in sickness, would become a spectral trail.
"Heavens, have mercy, let not my snowflake be frail," helpless mother prayed to glaciers, but to no avail.
Faithful disciples, as angels, would set sail. To Queen's Peak, they carried Aurora without fail.
Biting cold winds could not deter her, nor curtail. Resolute mother braved the frost, her heart's travail.
Beneath a hundred pleas, a poignant, tearful unveil, mother met her beloved daughter, in ice's fair detail.
From ice and snow, a gown ethereal, beyond the pale, a radiant veil of light, in destiny's grand design. No more pain, no more affliction, in the eternal trail, Arora, pure and beautiful, beyond life's frailty.
The faithful of light, their voices divine, declared to the mother, in solemn line:
"Beside you, her life, a fleeting design, within the glacier's embrace, Aurora shall shine!"
A parting, brief, left love's kiss behind, tears in her eyes, mother's heart entwined.
She would not rob her daughter of her light, so kind, alone on her journey, against the snow's grind.
A thousand years of snow, an epic grating, mother and glacier, in eternity, combined. In the frozen tomb, their souls aligned.
Snowflakes fall like glaciers' whispered rhyme.
"O Aurora, O Aurora," through the eons chime, a daughter's legacy, a mother's prayer in its prime.
Within eternal ice, a fleeting farewell frozen in time.
Queen's Peak holds the truth, a tale of hope and grime, a mother, torn 'twixt despair and hope, in her prime.
In the glacial grip, where lights of aurora shine, her gown, a shimmering dance, her tresses, frosty tendrils in an icy clime.
Aurora's Frost Magic, in its resplendent bloom, the glacier's goddess, dispelling icy gloom.
She has grasped eternity's profound costume to heed humanity's prayers, and their heart's own tune.
No puzzle, this riddle, in ancient heirloom, her mother's gift, beyond the earthly tomb.
"What grants the glacier eternal, are myriad fleeting snowflakes, and emotions' sweet perfume."
As the bonfire's ember dims, through the endless snow-filled night, the faith in the Maiden of the Glacier spreads far and wide.
Mortal lives, a fleeting tide, like sparks in flight, only Her presence endures, in eternal might.
With fingertips, She guides the snow's frigid bite, Her veil, a shimmering cloak of light, might implied.
Though glaciers fade, and ice fields begin to slide, the Queen's Peak's goddess stands tall, with unwavering pride.
Ascend the glacier, O souls about to soar, bear your memories, thoughts, laughter, and more.
In Her presence, O souls, your wishes implore, for your spirits' safe haven, forever to explore.
She shall grant you snow, ice and warmth, in Her embrace, your essence shall restore, a home in eternity, forever to adore...
