Stealth comparision

Turrets have a slight delay to detect and attack a concealed unit.

Conceal (noun concealment) or stealth is a gameplay mechanic that makes a unit hidden from enemy vision for a determined period of time. If it is active, they will be hidden from the mini-map and cannot be targeted by single-target attacks. Heroes can be seen with visual cues or distortions, or cannot be detected at all.

A conceal state may end if the unit either deals or takes damage. It can be negated through skills that reveal heroes.

Negating conceal[]

With the exception of Miya Miya's Hidden Moonlight Hidden Moonlight, most conceal states end with damage. It is recommended to use AoE (area of effect) damage abilities, ideally paired with CC (crowd control), to force opponents out of this state.

Heroes who are affected by the sight debuff have their location directly revealed, rendering conceal useless. It is recommended to use heroes that reveal opponents with their skills (see: List of skills that reveals units).
