Courage Bulwark[]
Optimized the description of its unique passive 'Courage' and added a new passive 'Heavy Armor'.
Now the item has two passive effects.
Patch notes 1.2.82 (Patch Notes 1.2.82) [Courage Bulwark]: No longer carries HP recover effects. Adjusted Cool down reduction to 10% from 5%. Changed to active skill: Encourage - Increases Raise the movement speed of hero and nearby allied heroes by 30%. Also raises physical and magic damage by 20%, lasts for 3 seconds. Cooldown is 40 seconds.
