• Demon Hunter Sword is the best item suited for fighting Tanks and Fighters.
• This item is suitable for roles that rely on  basic attack, such as Fighters, Marksmen, or even Assassins.
• This item is also perfect as one of the core items for high attack speed heroes to start dealing substantial burst damage and get some lifesteal to increase their sustainability when dealing high damage.
• It is best paired with  Corrosion Scythe and  Golden Staff to increase attack speed and lifesteal when slow down and unleash powerful damage to your enemies.
• Examples of Suitable Heroes:
  • Fighters: Argus, Badang, Sun
  • Assassins: Hanzo, Helcurt, Natalia
  • Marksmen: Claude, Karrie, Melissa

Notes

• Since the damage of Devour is based on the "target's current HP", the damage will gradually decrease according to the enemy's "current HP".
• Unique Passive Devour does not benefit from regen effects and cannot trigger skill effects.
• There are heroes, mostly with high attack rate, have the Physical Damage from Devour reduced. This was likely implemented for balancing purposes.
