Frozen Seas is a continent of ice, snow, and large water area surrounding Nost Gal, this is where 
Franco lives.
Background[]
This place makes up the waters north of the Northern Vale, with icebergs floating all year round. It was originally not suitable for trade, but due to the rise of the Abyss, the seas south of the mainland began facing threats and the Frozen Sea became the only route for many merchant ships. As trade flourished, pirate groups emerged at the same time. Because of ther existance, the Frozen Sea became less peaceful.

This continent of ice and snow is where the sea people have made a life for themselves, but the resurrection of Captain 
Bane has destroyed their formerly peaceful lives. Captain Bane travelling to Nost Gal to seek his long-buried treasure was stopped by trouble, after sailing into the Frozen Sea. A native named Franco and his comrades have banded together to resist Captain Bane's arrival. (Taken in Bane's Booty if your wondering where this was taken from.)
