Lumina City lies at the center of Moniyan region. It is the capital of Moniyan Empire and is the most wealthy, prosperous place in the entire Land of Dawn. All political and trade affairs take place in this place every day. Businessmen, merchants, poets from all continents gather and doing their own affairs.
It is also the place where kings of the empire and the royal families live peacefully under the protection of the Lord of Light. Kings of the empire rules over the whole continent and command Imperial Knights and other armies to guards the empire from all intruders. King Aurelius II is the current king. Abyss kingdom is empire's sworn enemy and they are fight each other until these days. Even after queen of the Abyss, Alice and her allies succeed to abducted the only empire heir, Prince Aurelius III or so-called Dyrroth as he was an infant, empire increasingly waged a war againsts the forces of the Abyss.

Imperial Sanctuary[]
Located at the heart of capital, Imperial Sanctuary acts as the empire main defenses and is where all empire armies will have to go through tough training every day to became the best frontiermen. This place is also home to Lightborn Chevaliers like Fanny and Harith. Tigreal is the leader of Lightborn Chevaliers and First Commander of Imperial Army. Lightborn Squad tasks is to protect and serve the empire. Their main mission is to confront Dyrroth and the Abyss forces from invading the empire and drive them out.
It is also where Kimmy and his father, General of the Moniyan Army lives. Kimmy later created chemical-powered splat gun and joins Imperial Knights.
Temple of Heroes[]
A royal temple, constructed within the Imperial Sanctuary, in order to honor the greatest of warriors who had dedicated their lives in battle. The Imperial Knights worship within this temple before going for a war. It is also said that this temple houses many highly-priced artifacts and is protected by the greatly famed Sanctuary Lord and Cryoturtle.
