Previously called Church of Light, this mysterious and ancient place was built by the moniyans who believed in the Lord of Light. At the first of establishment, they used the monastery as the place to organized religious ceremonies. Later, the Holy Order left the Monastery of Light and came to Lumina City. However, some people who upheld ancient doctrines returned and followed the most strict ancient doctrines.

It is also home for orphans like Granger and Natalia. Orphans who their fathers died as Moniyan soldiers will be nurtured and trained here. However, all orphans hadn't much choices for their lives. They only could choose whether become demon hunters, completing the dangerous tasks to fight the demons or become monastery's servants. Alucard left his hometown and came to the Monastery of Light as he also orphant because his father died in the Barren Lands war. Later, Granger and him moved to Imperial Sanctuary and joined Lightborn Chevaliers. However, although Benedetta's father was one of the Moniyan soldiers, she got rejected when she came to monastery.

The angel siblings, Argus and Rafaela was born in this place. The Monastery of Light Sacrists forced their mother to imbibe holy water, in the name of the Lord of Light and received the "honor" to give birth an angel. This once religious place had became evil place.

• Even though Argus was born as an angel, he never got recognized as they said angel has to be women, and they considered him as a failure. Tired of only being shadows for his sister, he was raged and chose to embraced the Abyss.
• Benedetta was rejected when she signed up for the trials of the Empire Army because her father was one of the "rebellious" army.
• Alucard and Granger used to lived here before they moved to the Imperial Sanctuary to join Lightborn Chevaliers.
• Natalia lived in the monastery as well, but she left out of shame after her failure in a mission where her teammates were all killed, except her.
• Xavier joined the monastery when he came of age as he didn't show any interest in the family business.
