Oracle is best for heroes that has strong regeneration skills (Shield, Heal, or Lifesteal) especially Fighters.- It is great against enemies that deals Physical Damage and Magic Damage since it provides Hybrid Defense.
- It can increase Healing Effects, Shield Effects and Lifesteal Effects.
- Supports are also good users for this item, but they can only improve the healing amount for themselves, not allies.
- A Fighter can get a huge amount of regen if it combined with Festival of Blood, Fighter Emblem, Queen's Wings and War Axe.
