Oracle is best for heroes that has strong regeneration skills (Shield, Heal, or Lifesteal) and it is great against enemies that deals Magic Damage, Oracle can increase the following:
Healing Effects[]
- Hero's Natural HP regeneration from HP Regen stats
Regen obtained from killing Jungle Creeps and Purple Buff.- Healing from the allied base, skills (e.g. Rafaela's Holy Healing), items (e.g. Guardian Helmet), emblem talents (e.g. ) and battle spells (e.g. Revitalize).
Shield Effects[]

- If an healing/shielding ability that affect allies such as Estes's Ultimate, Mathilda's 2nd skil, Revitalize, Aegis, etc is being cast by the hero who equipped Oracle, none of their allies (except themselves) will benefit from the Unique Passive, unless an ally is also equipped with that item.
