Mage Icon Skill Description
Hero Feature: He is the lover, Carmilla. This is the first time we design a hero couple which has a special interactive skill. Don't forget to try them together with your friends!
Skill 1 [Bat Impact]: Cecilion orders a giant bat to dive in a designated direction, dealing damage to enemies on the path. The giant bat will stay at its destination and launch another attack, dealing the same damage to them again. After casting, Cecilion increases his Movement Speed. In several seconds, every time Cecilion casts this skill, the mana cost will be doubled.
Skill 2 [Sanguine Claws]: Cecilion summons a pair of claws in a designated position. The claws will run into each other afterwards, dealing damage to enemies on the path, pulling them to where the claws meet and immobilizing them.
Ultimate [Bats Feast]: Cecilion awakens his Blood Demon Power, increasing his Movement Speed. Meanwhile, he releases Blood Demon Power, dealing damage to enemies around him and slowing them. Each time the Power his a target, Cecilion restores a certain number of HP.
Special Skill [Moonlit Waltz]: When Carmilla is nearby, Cecilion can transform her into a Vermil Shadow attaching to him and providing shield. Carmilla can then select a target place and land there. This skill can be unlocked only when Carmilla is in the battlefield with Cecilion
Passive [Overflowing]: Cecilion will increase his Max Mana each time his skill hits an enemy target. Cecilion's skill damage scales with his max mana.
Note: Cecilion will be available on February 11 (Server Time), costing 
Battle-points-cost 32000 or Diamonds-cost 599 with 30% Discount during launch week.
Kungfu Expert
Skill Description
Skill 1: [Anger] After winning a round, 4 points of additional damage will be dealt to the enemy little commander.
Skill 2: [Attack & Defend] Abe gains 20 shield each time he deals a total of 50 damage. This shield stacks.
Skill 3: [Panda Punch!] After dealing 4 damage to enemy commanders, Abe's next attack will be enhanced, dealing 15 extra damage.

Context
In this update, we mainly adjusted these heroes: Masha, Ling, Franco, Carmilla, Belerick and Bruno.
And we also optimized the skill animation for these heroes: Argus, Lancelot and Helcurt
Crimson Flower
- NERF ↓ Basic Damage decreased by 20.
- NERF ↓ HP Regen decreased by 10.
- BUFF ↑ Mana Cost decreased by 10 at all levels.
- Bloodbath
- NERF ↓ Stunning Time decreased from 0.75s to 0.6s.
- Curse of Blood
- NERF ↓ The passed damage decreased from 70% to 50%.

- If Carmilla and Cecilion are in a team and they are close to each other, Cecilion can use " Moonlit Waltz" to transform Carmilla into a Vermeil Shadow attaching to him. Carmilla can use any one of her skills to land on the battlefield, providing shield for self, refreshing the CD of non-Ultimate skills, dealing damage to enemies and slowing them.

- Spiral Strangling
- BUFF ↑ Basic Shield increased from 340-540 to 450-675.
- BUFF ↑ Magic Power Bonus increased from 70% to 105%.
- Crossbow of Tang
- NERF ↓ Attack Speed Boost when slaying an enemy decreased from 40% to 30%.
- FIX Improved the visual effect of “ Crossbow of Tang” when the target is Ling and he is using the Tempest of Blades.
- Attributes
- BUFF ↑ Basic HP of all the 3 HP Bars increased by 10%.
- Wild Power
- BUFF ↑ The Percentage of the additional damage increased by 0.5% at all levels.

- NERF ↓ Basic Damage decreased from 150-360 to 120-260.
- Feathered Air Strike
- NERF ↓ Basic Damage decreased by 30 at all levels.
- ADDED + Now Fleeting Time can reduce the CD of this skill correctly.
- Mecha Legs
- NERF ↓ Crit Chance Increase decreased from 4% to 2%.
- NERF ↓ Max Stacks increased from 5 to 10.
- Volley Shot
- NERF ↓ Slow decreased from 40% to 30%.
- Chemical Refinement
- ADJUST ~ Energy Regen adjusted from 40 at all levels to (12 + Skill Level* *8).
- Deadly Stinger
- NERF ↓ Damage Decay when the target is Minions or Creeps decreased from 70% to 55%.
- Fury Shock
- BUFF ↑ Damage will plus 4% of Max HP instead of 3%.
- Bloody Hunt
- NERF ↓ CD increased from 38/32/26s to 45/40/35s.
- Chrono Dash
- NERF ↓ CD increased from 9s to 9.3s.
- Last Insanity
- NERF ↓ True Damage caused by explosion decreased from 400/550/700 to 300/500/700.
- Frostmoon Shield
- BUFF ↑ Initial Shield increased from 350 to 420.
- NERF ↓ Shield Growth per level decreased from 80 to 70.
- FIX Fixed an issue that Karina couldn’t launch basic attack while she is silenced with Skill 1 activated.

- ADJUST ~ Unique Passive – Devotion: Now when heroes equipped with roaming equipment share the Gold/EXP from the same target Creep/Minion, the hero with the lowest normally.
- NERF ↓ Unique Passive – Thriving: The extra Exp and Gold got from Assists adjusted from 35% to 15%/25%/35% (Scales with the tier of the roaming equipment).
- Shadow Mask
- ADJUST ~ Active Skill – Conceal: CD adjusted to 80s. Improved the visual effect of this skill so that it can be distinguished more easily. Now after receiving Conceal buff, you can’t receive Conceal or Encourage again in the next 80s.
- Courage Mask
- ADJUST ~ Active Skill – Encourage: CD adjusted to 80s. Now after receiving Encourage buff, you can’t receive Conceal or Encourage again in the next 80s.
- Awe Mask
- ADJUST ~ Unique Passive – Deter: Increased slowdown duration to 1.2s. CD decreased to 40s.
- Lightning Truncheon
- NERF ↓ Max Damage decreased from 1200 to 1000.
- FIX Refined the skill description.
